Traceability & Parts History
We maintain comprehensive records for every part in our inventory. Traceability documentation includes maintenance and overhaul records, operator removal tags, and a complete chain of custody from source to customer. Our records management system ensures that documentation is retrievable and verifiable at any point in the transaction process.
Approved Vendor List
Airworthy Parts Int'l maintains an Approved Vendor List (AVL) of qualified suppliers and sources. All vendors are evaluated and approved prior to procurement. Our AVL process includes initial qualification, ongoing performance monitoring, and periodic re-evaluation to ensure continued compliance with our quality standards.
Shelf Life & Storage Controls
Time-limited and shelf-life-controlled parts are tracked and managed in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements. Our storage facilities maintain appropriate environmental controls, and shelf-life status is verified at the time of sale to ensure no expired or time-limited parts are shipped to customers.
